Each room or apartment is rented to a single family group only.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Water consumption (non-potable)
Gas consumption
Use of the laundry/ironing facilities
Unattended parking
Personal air conditioning (excluding electricity usage)
PAYABLE EXTRA
Electricity consumption: metered, minimum €60 per week
Final cleaning: the fee will be applied at the Management’s discretion:
– €60 if left in a good state
– €100 if the apartment is dirty.
